Editing Header Layout – PHP Coding?

  • Hi, I’d like to change the structure of my page.

    I’d like the sidebar to be narrower and for the options bar to be under my heading: see a sample of what I’d like it to look like on my page. I made the temp in photoshop of what Id like it to look like.. any ideas?
