Editing issue in wordpress

I recently installed the GeneratePress theme on my WordPress site and want to customize it using Elementor. However, I’m encountering issues when trying to edit the theme with Elementor. The changes I make either don’t show up properly or Elementor doesn’t seem to fully integrate with the theme. How can I resolve this issue and successfully use Elementor to customize my GeneratePress theme?
