Editing Layout of elements on Home Page of theme1370

I inherited a website under development to be published soon. We are using WordPress with GoDaddy as host. The elements on the Home page need to be rearranged and I cannot figure out how to do it! The instructions provided are great if you are just starting out, but this site is just about ready to go live. There are other pressing questions, but this one has me stymied. There just doesn’t seem to be a lot out there on this subject. Any help would be appreciated. Please excuse me if I didn’t use the correct terminology. WP is new to me and some of the lexicon makes my brain hurt.
