Editing Meta Widget In 3.9

So I currently use WordPress 3.9. I am wanting change some of the “meta” widget’s text, but I can’t seem to find where it is. I tried looking in /wp-includes/widgets.php, but it wasn’t there. Where would I find the code for the meta widget? If it helps, I run multisite.
