What you asking is not possible. Photos is page while this one https://www.marco-rc-arena.com/category/photos/ is an archive template. Both are different.

You can add element to the page like Photos from Gutenberg editor or using any page builders like Elementor. But there is no option to add elements of archive page like this one https://www.marco-rc-arena.com/category/photos/ ( unless you write custom code )
