Editing Permalink and adding Product Image

  • I have tried this in several browsers:
    I have two problems in Woocommerce: (1) When I edit a product nothing happens when I click the Permalink ‘Edit’ button. It won’t let me edit the Permalink, (2) The Media Library doesn’t open correctly when I click Add Product Image. I can’t insert a Product Image – but there’s no problem adding Product Gallery Images. Woocommerce opens the Media Library correctly when I click Add Product Gallery Images but not when I click Add Product Image.
    Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

    Hi there @crjensen,

    Is the site running the latest versions of both WooCommerce (ver. 4.7.0) and WordPress (ver. 5.5.3)? If not, please update those and check again. We have a guide on updating WooCommerce here, and the hosting company support team can help update the WordPress version.

    If both of those are up to date and the problem persists, we’d recommend conflict testing to see if another plugin or the theme is causing the problem. We have a guide on conflict testing here.
