Editing pop-up content for image map

The rainbow graphic at the top of the page is the imagemap I have created. It looks great, but when you click on one of the sections, the pop-up has a strange framed box and all links show up as black text. I want white links (plain text works as white but as soon as I add a link, it turns the text to black) and I want to be able to change the appearance of the box (I want to remove the top grey bar and the border, as well as all the white padding in the box).
I know I can go in and edit the plugin files, but I don’t know which file and where in that file to make these edits. I know very little PHP but I am comfortable with editing it.
Please help! ??
