    Hi Iuda,
    There is no way to block it, this is the main filed for user profile, users should have an option to not display the real login username, they should cover it with Display name. This is god for secure reason too. In 1.0.3 we also adding an option to change nickname to hide the real username in profile URL.

    Ok, it’s possible to hide that field ? Don’t want users of my community site to change their username always.
