Editing replies

  • Hello;

    We occasionally receive replies with html tags in them. This may cause trouble. Recently we got into a situation where a customer added a ‘pre’ tag and the reply ended up in one single unbreakable line thus it got unreadable because my screen was not wide enough.

    I tried to get around this problem by adding extra css style elements to the ‘pre’ tag but this did not work for me.

    Would it be doable to allow the editing of replies? Then we can fix these situations appropriately (and we could also fix typos in own replies for example)

    I just found that the style i use in my theme style is not used in the admin pages, hence my css styles get not applied to the ticket pages.

    /wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/assets/admin/css/admin.css

    How can i overwrite styles without need to edit this admin.css?
