• I am editing the page that pops up and is also sent to the user signing up. The problem is: When I sign up and see the response on the screen, the text is cut off along the bottom. This makes it hard to read and it looks sloppy.

When I go into the “Open Template editor”, it allows me to edit it, but it won’t save, saying to clear out the cache (which I have done) and then to duplicate the email and start again (which I don’t see clearly how to do).

    Any advice would be helpful!

    Hey there @dafada ,

Could you confirm for us if you have tried editing the emails in a different browser? Could you try that if you haven’t already? There could be browser errors preventing the saving, it’s best to check if it’s fixed by using a different browser.

Could you also try to edit the email template in conflict test mode? You can test this using a plugin such as Health Check . It is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it requires an official default theme like Twenty Seventeen. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Please use the health check plugin and disable all plugins other than MailPoet and then try to edit the email template. Do keep us posted on how that works out.
