Editing sites with Primary URL

I am using WP multisite. When I click on a site’s dashboard say site1 dashboard from admin the URL is something like: https://site1.blogs.domain.com
My WP in installed on https://blogs.domain.comSometime back I found an option where I can there is a choice to select the URL to be primary domain (https://primary1.domain.com) or actual domain (https://site1.blogs.domain.com) while editing sites. I want to have primary URL all the time even when editing the site. But I am not able to find this option now.
Please tell where is this option.
