Editing the bar

I would like to make a quick Child Theme mod where I can use a Advanced Custom Fields to update the text in the <div class=”site-description”>.

I seem to not be able to find where this div is called from. I have gone through all the files, but I am just not seeing it. I gotta just be missing something obvious here.

Can you point me in the right direction?
