Editing the position of bank information

Unfortunately, that is not something this plugin does. To achieve that kind of customization you would need to override and edit the woocommerce core plugin with your custom changes to the payment gateway. I can say there is no easy way to make that change and if you are not familiar with coding you will need to hire a developer to customize how woocommerce core works.
