Editing the shop page

Maybe I didn’t explain the situation very well. Let me try with these two screenshots. When I go to edit the page, the page looks exactly how I would like it to be, but when I go to view, it’s showing just an image grid with no product name or prices.

I’m really unsure why this is happening – I don’t have any extra CSS running and I’ve tried disabling plug-ins with no success.

You could manage which component to display on each product card in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Product Card > Card Elements. https://i.snipboard.io/l48rQW.jpg

Which version of Botiga are you using? Is it the latest one? I’ll try to reproduce the issue once you confirm the version.

At the time being, you may try disabling all of your other plugins temporarily to rule out possibility of script conflict with one of your active plugins.

Hi, I cannot customize my website anymore. If I click on Appearance > Customize, I get a white page. If I deactivate all plugins, I can customize the page, but not the shop. The menu item Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > is gone, so it’s not only the plugins.

Problem solved. I changed the theme.
