Editing the sidebar

Dumb question but I can’t remember how since this theme is new to me. Previously, my sidebar was in sidebar.php and I’d edit categories and links in there. Now I have the same file but the links aren’t there.

For example, I want to edit Blogroll and Meta. Where in my Admin area would I edit those?

It is probably staring at me but I don’t see it.
