Editing Theme Fancy to Take “Home” Out of Header

Hi,

My website is https://www.ailenesankur.com. I’d like to remove the word “Home” from the Header because the “About Me” section is the same as the Home page. When I go to edit pages, there is no Home page to edit, just the About Me, My Resume, and Contact Me pages. I’d like to either remove the word Home, or at least edit the Home Page so that it’s different from the About Me page (which I made #1 in my page hierarchy).
