    There’s a title parameter for the shortcode that allows you to disable that title for that shortcode, then you can add the title manually above the shortcode:

    <h3 class="widgettitle"> My title </h3>
[widget id="text-3" title="0"]

    The ability to change the title will be a nice addition, I’ll update the plugin and add this feature.

    For some reason title=”0″ shows an actual “0” before the 1st post title.

    It goes away if I remove the title=”0″ bit.

    Same for my live and dev sites.

    Any thoughts?

    @technoc: Are you using the 0.2.1 version (updated a couple of days ago)?

    Yes indeed. The problem did not present itself until I updated.

    I don’t know why but this issue didn’t present itself before. I’ll update the plugin shortly to fix this.
