editing video post date

    Editing video upload date is not available in default package and you can customize it. If you are interested in customization, contact the Business Development Team at [email protected].

    Thanks but is this a way of saying this not possible because i have contact the above email address on several occasions regarding one of your customisable products and they have never responded not even an email to acknowledge my email and i am a paying customer … so much foe customer service!
