    When I tried to edit the Services section of the Settings, it doesn’t save the recent changes. I wanted to use a different service for a worker but it won’t let me save to that new Service under Connections page. It forces me to delete the Service and start all over again. Also, I tried to edit Connections it also won’t save any information. It keeps reverting to original set up. Is there a way make the changes stay or stick? Thank you.

  • Hi @designminded, can you please turn on option called Compatibility mode inside EasyAppointments Settings > Customize page. After that save settings and refresh page and try again.

    Ok, I went ahead and turned on Compatibility mode. It works and am able to save all of the edits I made so far. Thank you!
