Editing Woocommerce emails

Hi

Having problems customising the Woocommerce emails sent.

I have a child theme and have copied the Woocommerce path for the templates into it (theme/woocommerce/emails/customer_on_hold_order.php

Ive made the relevant changes there. But the email that gets sent is the default Woocommerce on hold email.

I then installed the Kadence Woocommerce editor and tried editing it there…again it shows the edit as correct but the email sent is still the default one.

I even tried editing the main theme and reverting back to that and still it sends the same default email.

I am using the Gyta buy back plug in and have checked that to see if it pulls the default email template but it doesn’t seem to. It has its own custom templates, which also don’t migrate

Any help would be great
