Edition tools are missing

Hello.

I’ve just started using WordPress and I’m facing the following problems, all related to the “Add new post” page:

a) all edition tools are missing;

b) word count is not working;

c) “Screen options” and “Help” links on the top right corner are not working (they work fine on other pages);

d) “Status”, “Visibility” and “Publish” edit links are not working;

I have already tried uninstalling all plugins and changing the theme, but the problems are still there.

Any help will be appreciated.
