• Hello,

I am using eStory for my blog.

In the editor the site looks good, everything lines up, all blog posts are displayed. This is true across all “preview” formats – laptop, mobile, tablet. But when I actually publish, the site looks very different and unprofessional.

I have tried to fix it, updated all plugins but nothing works.

On the actual Blog Post page, that should show ALL my posts, it only shows the 3 most recent, with no scroll bar/buttons. And the side columns don’t line up so everything stacks on top of each other. The sizing also gets all weird.

I am a complete beginner and need help! How can I make these match? Any explanations should be in simple terms, pictures are even better.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @comfyinthesun,

    Thanks for reaching us,

I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all?the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

Let me know if this helps you or not and I will get back to you.

    Regards

    Hello! Thanks for the feedback.

I deactivated EVERYTHING (individually and 1-by-1) and nothing on the site changed, it still does not line up.

    Hi @comfyinthesun,

    Sorry for the delayed response,

While checking on my setup everything seems to be working fine. The issue seems to be on your site for which we need to check in detail. For this, I suggest you contact us via the live chat support: https://themegrill.com/.

    Regards
