Editor buttons YouTube and button not working

    Hello, we like your theme. But at this moment not all the editorbuttons work correctly. For example: we can not insert a button.
    Can’t figure out why. All the updates are correct and no strange plugin is used.
    Do you have a tip?

    What happens when you try to insert a button? Or are they just not clickable? Are you using the gutenberg editor?

    Can you specify which version of wordpress you’re running? Is this an issue you’re facing within the new editor or the classic editor?

    It is the same issue as > https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/button-26/ but because we don’t want to “solve” it this way, we would like if you help us finding out what’s going on..

    I just tested on my site and the shortcode generator is working as intended. The first thing I would check is your active plugins for a conflict.

    You can test your plugins by deactivating them one by one, testing the button generator when each plugin is off.

    Let me know if you find anything.

    Hi, we’ve tested the plugins, that’s not giving the conflict..

    Hi Anette,
    Because we’re unable to duplicate this issue I do not believe it is a problem within the theme. Can you confirm that you’re using the latest version of the theme as well as the latest version of WordPress?
