    Hi,
First, english isn’t my native language, sorry about that.
I have this error message in e-mails pages :
“The email could not be saved. Please, clear browser cache and reload the page. If the problem persists, duplicate the email and try again.”

I tried this, I tried with a different browser, on different computers. I tried wordpress troubleshooting, no effect without theme and plugins. I only have this message on an editor account, it works well with an admin account. If I change the account role to admin, it works. I tried to add mailpoet capacities to editors, no effect.

What could be the problem ?

    Thanks

    Hi there @catalyst29 ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

I tried this, I tried with a different browser, on different computers. I tried wordpress troubleshooting, no effect without theme and plugins. I only have this message on an editor account, it works well with an admin account. If I change the account role to admin, it works. I tried to add mailpoet capacities to editors, no effect.

First of all, no need to be sorry about your English skills, I really appreciate the effort.

As per your issue, that’s odd indeed, according to this doc the Editor role should be OK to edit an email.

When you change to an Adminstrator user, are you trying to edit the same email or a different one? I ask this because the issue might be related with the email and not the user.

Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.

    Cheers!

    Hi again,

OK, thanks for the update. So this looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.

You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Let us know how that goes!

Ok, so it’s seems that it is Worfence’s firewall that’s causing conflict. I’m trying to change options to see if it helps

    Hi there,

I’m glad to hear that you were able to narrow down the source of the issue to Wordfence!

Any information since then? Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, I deactivated Wordfence’s Firewall and reactivated it, and I have no issues anymore

    Thanks !
