Editor mode is displayed as html

  • Hello,

    I am editing my site but the view is still in HTML code, I am unable to see which setting will change it to “normal” block view where I can edit it easily?

  • The link you gave is for the back end of your site. It can only be seen if you are logged into the site. Are you talking about the Gutenberg editor? If so on the top right of the editor there are three bullets stacked vertically. Click on it and select visual editor. You can toggle the editor from visual to HTML view.

    Thank you for your reply, I have been there and the visual editor is ticked, so I can see the blocks, but in them is all the HTML. I can select the HTML view and then the coding just spreads out a bit more. Is there a way that I can post a screenshot of what I mean? Thank you again ??
