Moved site (successfully?), now editor is weird

All the links and so-on work after I moved my wordpress install from %root% to /site/. But now the editor is acting weird.
The only thing I’ve noticed -so far- is that the ordered and unordered lists aren’t working correctly. It will ‘indent,’ but it won’t move the new line over (the bullet appears, the ‘path’ below changes, it works ‘live’ but the editor looks wrong until I refresh it.)
If I try to ‘un’dent and go back to editing the first level list, things get really crazy.
