Editor not working properly on new assignment creation

    JavaScript in the editor is not working on new assignment creation:

      add media button not working
      datepicker not working
      add paragraph, buttons etc of the editor not working

    However, if you try to edit an existing assignment everything is working properly.
    Console throws some errors about undefined functions
