    Hello,

    On our website, we are two users publishing. Me, as admin, and another person as editor.

    About 10 or 12 weeks ago, both people were able to publish correctly.

    Right now, I still have no problem when using Blog2Social.

    But now, when the editor is sharing through B2S, everything looks fine, there is no error message, but nothing is displayed on Facebook page (pro page).

    I have searched for user role capabilities but I did not find something in Blog2Social settings.

    I have tested the editor account from my computer, and I’m getting the same failure, all the process looks good but nothing is displayed on Facebook.

    Any suggestion/help is very welcome.

    I am sure together we will find out and solve why the postings do not appear on Facebook.
    Therefore, please go to “Blog2Social” -> “Posts & Sharing” -> “Notifications”. Here please click on “Details” for the blog post the user published lately on social media and send me a screenshot if you receive any message to customer-service(at)blog2social(dot)com .
