Editor Role for Live Chat

    Hi, can I add a role capability to make my editor as my live agent, and she will only login as editor and can access the chat via WP dashboard? Is that possible? Thanks!

    Hi @sanji41 ,
    you can set a user as an agent through the user profile page. Please login with an admin account an go to Users> All User then press edit to open the user profile that you need to configure as an agent. There is a section “3CX Live Chat – User Fields” in which you can find the corresponding setting “Make this user a chat agent” check that checkbox and save user’s profile.
