Editor role to add or delete plugins in wordpress

  • I have given all 5 access to the EDITOR for the plugin. But when logged in as EDITOR, there is no menu on the left side for Plugin

    So how the editor will do add or update plugin.

    My requirement is I want to allow EDITOR to use one plugin name spocket. This spocket is dropping plugin I want one of my user to work on that.
