Hi, I was working on your page builder. Everything was going fine. As I switched to WordPress default editor. It loosed all my setting, when I switched back to Page Builder Editor. My opinion is this ,we must use short-codes as like other plugins use them. So, if for some reason, someone behaves like me then there will no chance to loose his/her code/data.

    Hi Zubair

When you switch from Page Builder, back to the Visual Editor, you should get a message that lets you know you’ll be switching back to using the standard Visual editor. You can’t use both at the same time.

There is a very simple solution though. If you need to insert a shortcode, then you can use a SiteOrigin Editor widget. This is a full rich-text TinyMCE editor as a widget. It’s just like the full WordPress Visual Editor. You can enter your shortcodes there, then move them around your page.

If you need to restore the content you lost, then you can do so using either the history browser or the core WordPress post revision functionality.

I hope that clears things up. I’ll work on improving the documentation and interface to clarify this behaviour.

    Hi Priday,
Ok, I will try it and I hope there will be no issue. Thanks.
