Editor turns B to STRONG and I to EM. Where is the code responsible?

  • When you type <b>foo</b> in the source editor, flip to the WYSIWYG editor and back, the B tags have been replaced with STRONG. Same with I and EM.

    In which line of which file of the WordPress source is the piece code responsible for that?
