Editor user can’t see admin

Hi – I have users who are “Editors” rather than admins and who need to be able to access this plug-in’s admin … I have used a permissions editor to add every single one of your capability permissions to the editor role but the pop-up menu builder does still not appear in the admin menu … what do I need to do so those with the role editor can use it?
