Two weeks without a Response. How do we capture Support?

    Hey Dennis,

thanks for reaching out and sorry for the unintentional silent treatment!
Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on your side? If I understand you correctly, the widget somewhat loads as you are able to log in to Zemanta or am I missing something out? Have you installed any new extensions such as Ghostery or perhaps any new plugins that disable Javascript? Users that have WP Firewall installed experienced issues also. Have you tried re-installing the Editorial Assistant plugin?

Looking forward to your reply, take care and enjoy the weekend!

    Hi Petra:

You are correct. We are able to Log-in to Zemanta and the Screenshot shows that it is “present” but the key benefits of this Plug-in stopped working 3 months ago (Related Content and TAGS, etc.)
Working with the latest Version of WordPress (4.3.1) AND the Latest Version of your Plug-in (1.3) which has been reinstalled more than once without success.

No NEW plug-ins installed that would disable JavaScript and no new extensions installed at all. Our Firewall is not blocking anything. We’ve even disabled ALL Plug-ins and activated them one at a time to see if any conflicts exist with your Plug-in and NO Conflicts exist.

We’ve lost ALL benefits of using your Plugin and are now searching for alternatives if no solution is available.

I look forward to your further feedback here.

    Dennis

    Hey Dennis,

thanks for getting back to me!

Once I saw the screenshot that joetaxpayer linked I knew how to fix this but I am afraid I am going to need some additional information from both of you:
I need the API key you have at the moment – you can find out your API key by going to “Edit Post” page and start the web console – if you use Firefox press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+K and if you use Chrome press Ctrl+Shift+I . In the console type: “Zemanta.api_key” without the quotations and send me back those letters that appear. Check the video for easier navigation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6KRvjyfk4E

Please send those API keys to our support email (support[at]zemanta[dot]com), so that you do not post information like that here.

Take care and have a lovely day,
    Petra

Will you be updating the Zemanta Editorial Assistant plugin for the latest WordPress update?

    Dear adrhart,

    thanks for reaching out!

Is the Editorial Assistant not working for you on the latest WordPress update?

    Looking forward to your reply,
    Petra
