Editorial Metadata in email or report

Is it possible to pull a report or have notifications when certain editorial metadata are checked off?

This post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/email-notifications-and-editorial-metadata mentioned it as a possibility a year or so ago.

Is it possible? I have two custom metadata fields that are checkboxes and I want the notification(s) to include all posts that have either checkbox ticket.
