Edits nit showing up

  • Hello,
    I have Bitnami WordPress installed locally on my computer.The problem is that the edits I am making to my home page are not being retained. I am using two page editing plug ins.SiteOrigin Page Builder and Agency Dominion’s Fusion Editor. The problem is the same with both of them. I am describing here the problems I am facing with Page Builder. (By the way—Woocommerce is installed and theme is Storefront)

    1) I am going to Pages—Add New–In the new window I am clicking on Page Builder—-Clicking on Add Row—selecting ratio to thirds.—going to design—select colour —yellow—-Insert. Nothing happens-There is no colour inserted and the rows collapse in height.. It is only when I click on the spanner icon and I see 4 color tabs and select one —some sort of colour appears—but it differs from my previously selected colour.I again click on the spanner icon and go to edit row —layout—and change the settings (padding etc) —as I want the height of the rows to span the entire height of my webpage.Again— no change–.I save the draft— and go to preview— again no change. I then go to –Publish.Go to Pages—All pages— select the page to view—Again —no change. Can you help?

    2) After publishing the edited page—when I am going to—pages—all pages—going to the published edited page—and clicking view–the page opens with blog entries such as –recent posts and archives. This in spite of the fact that I have set a this page as my static home page by going to settings—readings. How do I get rid of the blog page headings?

    3)When –I go to pages—all pages—go to the concerned page and click view–the page opens with a edit options. I click on the edit option—the page opens with the default classic editor with no option to switch to page builder –or fusion editor—why is that?

    4)When I go to Dashboard—home—I see another editing option labelled—Customise my site—on clicking this— a sort of editing page opens. How does this editor integrate with the Classic Editor and the installed Plug in editors SiteOrigin Page Builder and Agency Dominion’s Fusion Editor?
