I’m trying to update our team page on our website but for the life of me, I can NOT change the style (color, alignment etc) of the heading text for new entries. It displays fine in Elementor while editing but will not show on the live website once updated.
The cache has been cleaned on WP and the browser, the CSS and data has been regenerated, all cookies cleaned, yet the text that appears on the live website is blue and left-aligned, rather than maroon and centered. I have tried duplicating existing boxes, but even though, whilst appearing the same in editing, show as default blue and left aligned once updated. I don’t know how to fix this.
    Thanks.

  • Hi,

To troubleshoot the issue try this guideline:
Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t apparent that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard >
Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure. (Make sure to back up your site).

Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard. Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.

Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).

If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.

From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.
