Edits to form not showing

  • I’ve made some slight changes to the form, but after I click “save”, I get the spinning wheel in my address bar likes it saving, though when I look at the form, either in the wordpress control panel, or the page in a browser, the changes arent there.

    I’ve doublechecked, and the form I’m editing, has the same shortcode as the form on my test page. If anyone knows of a fix for this or any advice, please let me know. Thank you.

  • This could be due to a conflict with your WP theme or one of the other plugins you are using.

    Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme & disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7 to see if the problem goes away.

    If it does you can switch back to your theme & re-activate each plugin one by one to see when the problem occurs.
