After updating to Elementor 3.2.1, an issue immediately began occurring:
Changes to templates no longer have any affect on the front end layer.
I run no caching plugins, I’ve cleared browser cache, tried different browsers, and even restarted the entire server.

Pages can still be edited. But it seems there is a complete disconnect between templates and what the site is supposed to show – it just shows a snapshot of the most recent revision prior to the plugin update, and will not show any new changes.
    – I edited text in a heading
    – I moved buttons around to different locations
    – I renamed buttons

    No new changes ever show.

So I saved it as a template to the library, created a new template and imported it. Made all the changes to Display Conditions from the old to the new, and it still only shows the content from the most recent revision, prior to the plugin update. I have never seen this issue before.

Additionally I can no longer set it away from Default Template -> Elementor Canvas. Each save seems to work, but it reverts right back to Default Template. Copy and Paste between tabs for sections containing child items also stopped working, but I’ve seen that issue in the past few months come, and then go, after another plugin update.

Can’t imagine I’m the only one experiencing this.

  • Hello, how are y’all doing? I have an “issue” with Elementor 3.1.4
When i’m using it and want to change the font, size and color it doesn’t work. Exmple, i place the “about” element and write my Title, sub-title & description. I try to change the font for Times New Roman. I apply and save but nothing changes, nada happens. And it’s the same in all my pages except the home page.

Updating to 3.2.2 has not resolved any of the issues I refer to above, that started in 3.2.1

Update: I checked today and notice the following:

    – The Inner Section names that were previously reset to their default names, have returned.
    – I made an edit to a template and the edit saved and was immediately available at the front-end.

I need to do more testing to ensure this is consistent, and will report back if there are further issues. The odd thing is that this wasn’t resolved when I updated to 3.2.2, but has begun working after some time. In any case it looks like I am able to once again move forward. Thank you to the Elementor team.
