Efficient plugin.

I was impressed with how quickly the files and database were copied and staging set was set up. Even though I had some issues initially with linking to the staging site, the plugin developer was most helpful in offering options to overcome the obstacles I faced. The orange band at top of staging site is a great idea to distinguish the site from the production site.
