EGA does not list all attachments on a post

hi,
we are using EG-Attachments 1.9.4.3 and WordPress 3.4.2 (set up as multiuser blog).
Today we realised, that EGA does not wor properly anymore.
We have posts with several images attached.
In there, the WordPress-Code
[gallery link="file" order="ASC" orderby="name"]
is used to display a gallery of thumbnails of each image.At the end of each post we provide a list of all attached files, as a download help. These links are set up to force download via “save as”.
The issue is: our galleries show up completely (all images are displayed), so the connection between images and posts still exist – but our EG-Attachment list does not show up all attached files any more.
We found out: if an image is attached to several posts, only ONE post will show up the save-as-link for this specific image…
