Either the API Url or API Key is invalid.

  • I am trying to use this plugin to add subscribe option on checkout page. But when i save, it gives “Either the API Url or API Key is invalid.” error. I am using the correct API details. How can i resolve this?

  • I ran into this problem as well. The API keys only work if you have the Plus, Pro or Enterprise level ActiveCampaign account. Until you upgrade, the plugin will continue to “reject them”.
