Good day, I face issues on my WP.

    Let me explain please.

I have a Blog page, I used your template for it and a little bit adjusted it:https://www.digitalizujfirmu.sk/blog/

My problem is when I create a Post, and I put schedule date, then when date comes to its time blog is not posted, also simply when I create new post I publish it I do not see it at all.
I googled a bit and it says I need under settings – reading – set post page to Blog
But when I do it the Blog page is messed up and I cant edit it with elementor.

Only way how to see new Post is when I Edit and Re-save https://www.digitalizujfirmu.sk/blog/ page, only then new Posts appears there. Scheduler does not work at all.
Is there any way how to make so when I create post or scheduler a publish time it will be visible?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @pepan92,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please be informed that you must override your current theme’s default blog template to add your custom template. The issue is not because of ElementsKit. You can check that by disabling the plugin and adding new designs to that page with other plugins. I have also tested the widget and it seems to be adding new posts correctly. Here is a video – https://d.pr/v/Xmou2X.

You can override the default blog page by manually adding a template or with the help of another plugin. Elementor Pro has that feature if you are using it.

If you still have any questions, feel free to ask.

Hello, sorry but I dont get it, Im using Covad – Financial Consulting & Advisory Services Elementor Template Kit, the blog page I used is from them.

I understand I can do it with PRO but is there any way I can do it with for FREE? I do not want PRO for one feature only.

    Hi @pepan92,

You can simply add a menu item named Blog in the Nav section and link it to your custom-designed page. This will not make the page your WordPress default Blog Page, but your users will see this as the Blog page. I hope you understand.

Manually overriding the Theme’s Blog page requires a lot of customization and we do not provide this type of service at this moment. If you need to do this, search the web to find a way to do it for Free.

    Thanks,
    Moin

    Hi @pepan92,

I have tested the issue in multiple test environments but it is working fine on my end. Please check this video – https://d.pr/v/GouXYN.

Kindly share the Query settings you are using for that widget. If you use the selected posts option then the new posts will not show if you do not add them in the editor.

    Hi @pepan92,

In most cases, the cache is the reason for this type of issue. Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one. Now for the next step, please regenerate the CSS and sync the library from here https://d.pr/v/4WkkPS and check if the issue is solved.

If not, try resetting the permalink by selecting one random structure and saving it, after that select the previous link and save it again. You can follow this video (https://screenpal.com/watch/c0nF1EVyDWN).

If none of the solutions worked, there maybe a conflict on your site. Please run a conflict test to see what caused the issue.

To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2024 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for?Elementor?and?Elementskit?to see if the issue persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one and continue checking the issue. This way,</span> you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

In case the issue is still not solved, please contact our support forum (Not this one) with reference to this thread and your site login access so we can have a deeper inspection. You can find our website and support form link from the Plugins Details page.

    Thanks,
    Moin
