ElastiCache Redis Database cacheing

    Hi I have ElastiCache Redis from AWS and it’s connected from my server and in the Redis object cache plugin the status is connected,

    but when I set the database cache by Redis I got a connection refused in the logs

    I’m sure from the ports it’s open from ec2 and in the security group, the port 6379 it’s open

    telnet to 6379 port to my ElastiCache connected

    Can you please check the “Test” button in the Performance->Database cache page and let us know the result?

    hello the test returns a success message, but in the logs give connection refused every single moment if I changed it to disk the error message disappear

    Hello @abdallahmaali,

    There is a possibility that the maximum number of connections reached so Redis server rejects connections all the time.
    Can you please check the number of connections?
