Elegant solution to an out of control issue

Nowadays, everybody thinks their plugin deserves an admin notice publicity spot. Indeed they do, folks are offering free tools and everybody has to put food on their tables.

That said, depending on how many plugins we have installed, we can have 4, 5 or more notices polluting the dashboard making for a terrible user experience. Some of them reach like 400px height. It’s a mess.

The solution offered by PontetLabs is so good that I think it should be incorporated into the WordPress core.
