Elegant theme short codes

Hey guys, I am running a pretty big website, and one of my users who is no longer an admin decided that he would log into the FTP server and change the name of the Theme folder… While he had good intentions, now my short codes from elegant themes is not working… I’ve tried editing the source files and it just seems to make things worse. I’ve also tried to install the new Elegant themes short codes plug-in that they have and nothing seems to be working! Any thoughts? https://www.AbandonedAR.com. Thank you in advance! – Abandoned AR
