Elegant themes – Divi doesnt work on mobile

  • Hi!

    Im trying to create a website with elegant themes Divi. But there is a problem! For some reason, when I check the website on my iphone I only see the short codes. Anyone know why and how I can fix it?

    OK, I found it. I had jetpack “mobile theme” active.. oops!

    I’ve been having the same problem, so tried turning off the Jetpack Mobile option. Didn’t think of that. However, it didn’t change anything for me… What did help was this: on my phone (android) at the top right drop-down list, I clicked the “request desktop site” option. The mobile version of the site loaded and displayed wonderfully then.

    I just don’t know if visitors will be aware of that.

    I have a website with elegant themes Divi. But my mobile version doesen′t work good. If I activate the mobile theme in jetpack, I only see the short codes. If i desactivate it, i see de web version, but not the mobile version. I suposed that Divi Theme is responsive…

    ?How can i fix it?
