[Elegant Themes] Edit the Category page

Here’s the page I want to edit: https://dsa.dartmouth.edu/?cat=4. I am using Elegant Themes’ Trim theme.

I want to remove the hyperlink on the post title and make the page display full post content instead of extracts. I can figure all that out myself once I find the code that is generating it, but which file do I need to edit?
