I purchased the Eigthsy template kit and required for this to work i needed install the Jeg Elementor kit. When designing the page it worked great but once i activated the header section in elementor all the elements stop working. If you look at my page you will see the elements just below the video are stagnent and not what it should look like on the template example page here.

    Hello @robstarz,

We apologize for the delay in responding and for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We have tried it ourselves, but we did not encounter any issues.

If you have already disabled all plugins, we assume that there is no active cache or optimization feature on your site. Therefore, you can try disabling the Element Caching feature in Elementor and regenerate the Elementor data.

If that still doesn’t resolve the issue, can you confirm whether the issue persists when you disable the Header you previously added? We also recommend you try editing your page again with Elementor to see if the issue occurs within the Elementor Editor. If the issue doesn’t occur in the Elementor Editor, it could be related to the Element Caching feature or improperly generated Elementor data.

For now, this is all we can suggest. We will await further updates from you.

    Thank You
