    I have added the Instagram feed using Elementor as a template and it loads with the tops and bottoms of the images not visible? Even if I put in a height for the them to be shown at. If I deactivate the Elementor plugin then it loads fine. I have ticked the ‘Ajax loading’ fix option. I have deleted and reset up the feed from scratch. I don’t have any caching plugins.

You could also send us a support request directly to https://smashballoon.com/support/ with the System Info from the plugin, which you can find here:

    1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
    2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
    3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
    4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.

    As I hadn’t had a response, I removed the plugin from the method I was trying and added into the footer where it worked okay.
